“The Schmucks”, formerly known as “Olivia and the adventures of the dead” (some names, huh! :D) is the band two former colleagues of me play in. They have been around for a few years and dable somewhere not clearly specified in the rock/punk genre. They have made one album, and their song “It Ain’t Easy” is on an album, along with other artists, that was released in China some time ago!

These pictures are from their performance at the club “Garage” in Oslo. I showed up, pestered the guys a little bit, pretended to be cool since I “knew” the band, and just had to try to get some frames from of the event :D This proved  difficult from several reasons, one of them is that it’s kind of hard to dig music while you are trying to keep steady when making images.. I’m not that satisfied with the shots I got, but given the extreme circumstances, an almost pitch black stage in a basement, I’m happy I GOT some shots at all! I just hope I didn’t bother the guys too much in my flashing frenzy ;) Learnt a bit from that shootout in photo-technical terms, so next time I’ll do better. Their gig was great anyway, I enjoyed it very much. There’s just something about live music…
